Does the HD7990 or R9 295x2 still yield very high hashrates compared to the 480s or 1070s or 1080tis?

Also how is the Titan X in comparison to the 1080ti

None can compete with 1080 ti, except in equihash (Ethereum) algos. Titan X is pretty much the same performance wise, while costing more.

After the release of 1070 ti regular 1070 prices may drop. 1070s might be the right choice for zcash. Amd rx prices are going down too, they gonna get you best performance for their price on eth if power consumption is free. Maybe Vega 56s for monero, but its not so stable atm.
