Wanting to create a New CPU mining POOL - Anyone specialised in this area?

I am helping out on a new project that uses a POS/POW Coin.

We are seeking INTEREST ONLY at this stage from miners/pool operators that may wish to be the first to mine the currency.    (Previous experience is required)

I release that is a fairly ambiguous and or vague call out. 

I am sure experiences operators would also know that this is potentially a great opportunity also.

We will be looking for 2-3 separate pool operators as we wish to build a strong community behind the project.
