The one that I have come across is
CommerceBlock They are the First ICO with an approved BIP WITH an invoicing application (beta) ALREADY!.
CommerceBlock are building an infrastructure network on top of Bitcoin & the two co-founders have a BIP in draft form which can be executed, called ‘pay to contract’.
Here are a few links - check them out!
http://www.tokenschedule.com/commerceblock-token/https://t.me/joinchat/Ge36IURXhKAS_6HTznUXUg https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0175.mediawikiCommerceBlock develops a privacy centric network layer that is a combination of LN and federated sidechains, on top of this you can build payment channels, derivatives and any sort of finance infrastructure, such as invoicing & factoring.
Right now you send each other Bitcoin which equates to value.
If you want to associate/send data - you use BIP 175, Commerce block executes smart contracts off-chain.
CB is not a central point of failure, you're data is still held on the bitcoin blockchain as it is built on an open protocol. CBT's are used on the CB platform to execute smart contracts
What is a BIP?A BIP is a Bitcoin Improvement Proposal, it’s a formal way of presenting code which you can use on the Bitcoin blockchain. A BIP such as the one CommerceBlock has written can be used across the network without a hard fork of BTC itself. Keeping in mind that there are less than 200 BIPs overall that have been written (source below) and CB has BIP175.
With all this + more it should be an easy 10x...
