Minors of our country are 19 years old.

but Mbitcasino law is 18 years old.

I am 18 years old, so I asked for ID cards when I tried to withdraw money.
So I sent my ID cards, photos, and passport.
Waiting for 24 hours.
Instead of giving me bitcoin, It stopped my account.

GOD!!!
I asked Mbit I refilled bitcoin to pay me back, but you said that you had no BITCOIN and no bonus bitcoin

Mbitcasino SCAM!!!! ....

it Quitting the customer center of the chat room ignores the problem and ignores the mail.

Bitcointalk has a Scam Accusations section for reports like this.

Mbitcasino.com is part of the Curacao licensing scam operators that falsely claim to have a license and are supervised to give their customers the feeling of security!

The solution of your case is simple: If you are allowed to deposit and play without ID verification, then you are also allowed to withdraw without ID verification, except there is a substantial scam accusation.

I would be interested in how Mbitcasino handles this, they used to have a bitcointalk presence if I remember correctly but I'm not sure they do anymore. It's been a while since I've played there but when I did I never had any trouble with drawl on my winnings and support actually seemed pretty helpful. Do you have any kind of proof to back this up?

That barely helps, all these sites are registered to some shithole government that doesn't care about anything. Moreover government is going to sue his ass for playing illegally on the website.

Correct. There is no really solution to it except the casino returns his money or shuts down forever.

This is what im trying to ask on where there should really be some screenshots or whatsover that would really justify.Either the conversation between him and on the site.Since this is just verbal accusation without any strong proof then it wont really be valid at all. This thing just turns out to be an another way of begging some satoshis to the community.

How is it begging satoshi's from the community when someone is saying they;re scammed ? Never knew community pays to the people who are scammed by the gambling sites. Roll Eyes
You can just ask to provide proofs and see if he can submit them until then why cant just co-operate and see if the site is actually at a fault ?

That is quite contradictory, most of the countries consider below 18 as minors.

They banned you after you send them documents or before it? If you have send them all documents they have asked than there is no reason for ban, you should post this in scan accusation thread with all proof you have that can support your claim like screenshot of emails exchanged between you and mbitcasino.

Well just stating my own opinion though. Grin. Asking donation isnt really pleasant on my ears specially when they do play on a shady gambling site and cries after they cant able to withdraw their funds. Its just easy to ask or make research just on this forum itself which would really save you into a possible problem to experienced later on but well we dont know whats actually the things to happen ahead.
If op did try to see the previous issues on this site then he might not able to experience this kind of problem now.

I thought the same thing just now until I looked back on the original post. The guy does have his bitcoin address looking for donations, which I hadnt seen originally when I first posted.  I was just asking for proof like you would any other verbal accusation, but if he's looking for donations this just seems way more shady. I'm not gonna believe the story.

well, thats true. Any experienced BTCtalk member would have looked through scam accusation or just through the community to see how the response is on the site they are investing in. Looking at the OP, he's a newbie.. SO Im sure he didnt know about it. I hope you get your money back OP. Lets just wait for the casino to respond. Also, Please post some proof coz I dont think anyone will just take a leap of faith of some newbies words and come to a conclusion. Also, Make a post about it in scam accusation thread.
