What kind? That's not strange anymore if you already in crypto world for a long time. I've see so many ICO sell their token worth for 5 btc until 0.1$ each coins. So, people can claim this is like an ICO not an airdrop. There may be an airdrop that required to send some eth from participant wallet, but not determined how much must be. The project is interesting, but I'm not sure what it will be able to realize ... It's a good idea to first build an inflatable wind installation. This requires land, appropriate permits and a lot of money. I think that it will not be possible to quickly organize a project, but it is promising in the long run.
