Problem with new Antminer D3

Hi all,
I`ve received a few D3 the last days. Some works fine, but 2 aren`t work. For detail: In the poweron phase looks like the same as with others, but after around one minute, they don`t start to boot as the working devices did. So all LEDs flashing correct, Fans starting also, but no IP, no boost up from the fans and so on...
For testing, Ive changed the controller boards with other from working D3s - ok! So the problem is definitely this boards.
Think, it should be a software or configuration error.

So I`m writing to Bitmain -> no answer. I`m searching for infos, how it`s possible to flash it new, but only find something for L3+ and seems to be really only for this. But FW File exist - so does anybody have same problem and or tips to solve?
