Warning: this guy also sells Paypal accounts:
I am selling USA paypal Account.

Options:
-Bank Attached  and verified : +$15
-Proof of Address : +$15
-Driver's license : +$15

There's no way a veteran Paypal seller would be Newbie enough to spend $980 in Bitcoin to buy Paypal funds. That leaves only one option: you'll get scammed. For some reason people still trust Newbies, so: don't fall for it, use escrow, or better: just stay away from this.

Why don't you just use one of those trusted exchangers, there is more than one that do BTC to Paypal & vice versa, tried some of them without any problem, the fess high a lil bit BUT it's better than risking your whole money trying to trade with some you don't know.

If you have not transact your business, I suggest you use the trusted exchange sites as suggested by the poster above or else you will get bitten and also don't be carried by those who sought to give you too good deal, it smells scam. The idea of sending a small portion in my own opinion is to buy your trust so that you forget about the escrow system then you open up yourself to be scammed in a big way. Don't also be deceived by the higher rank of the forum.
