Every time I have bought bitcoin it has been through bitinstant cash deposit, but they have been down for the past 3 days. What is the easiest and fastest way to get Bitcoin in my wallet? I know they're many sites and I have researched them but they all seem to be unavailable for U.S customers or have some overly complicated payment methods.

Depends on how much you are needing.   I needed just a little once... and did ebay for small about.   That being said i would never sell them on ebay, but my buying of small amount went through fine.   Again dont suggest for all its a gamble and i was new.  I would go bitinstant before i ever did it again most likely.

You can also try looking for trusted members to trade with on the Currency Exchange board here. Make sure you look for trusted members with a history of reliable trades though.

localbitcoins is pretty awesome, if there are sellers near you. It's much less shady than it sounds.

All paid signature campaigns should be banned.

Yes, I use https://localbitcoins.com all the time.  It is a great system and you get to meet and chat with other people interested in Bitcoins.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Tangible Cryptography on the forums here is a great way to buy if you are interested in bulk amounts (over 1k USD worth).

I almost exclusively use coinbase.com

Low fee's and you can lock in a price instantly.  It takes a few days for the bitcoin to get to you but it's well worth it. Once fully verified, you can buy up to 50 bitcoins per day.
