The final list is being compiled and BTCE Tokens will be sent to those that followed the registration instructions, which included, giving their Country. People in just a few Countries, like China (that banned ICO’s), didn’t get any BTCE Tokens, insuring they were not breaking any law, if any, by receiving them, which is WHY knowing your Country was needed for the Airdrops. This reason was not given during the Airdrop registration time, as some would lie about what Country they are from. But they or anyone can buy EthereumBitcoin (BTCE) from other people on exchange(s) in the future, if they desire. Also, some tried to send multiple Eth. addresses and/or didn't give a proper ERC20 compatible wallet address, which voided their Airdrop, as they didn't follow the rules.
