Vertcoin has been catching my eye lately.

Great community
Been around since 2014
No premine
Reasonable supply
Atomic swap
Some form of anonymity

It seems like a good old fashion crypto like Litecoin or Bitcoin. Nothing too complicated or overpromising.

Some of these ICO coins barely have a reason to exist. It is as if the project team just makes a coin because...you need a coin or token. But the coin or token serves no real function.

Vertcoin is a cryptocurrency. Plain and simple.

I’m thinking about buying a few hundred if it goes back into the $2-$3 range. I mean litecoin hit $85, Vertcoin could hit $20 at least. Why not?

I bought some VTC around $1. I was busy at work and missed the opportunity to sell a portion and recover the initial investment during the recent pump. If it drops below $2 I might buy a few more.

It has been several days since our robot started to signal VertCoin and now each VertCoin has reached a value of 5$.

I´ve also bought some at 3$. Sadly didnt bought more haha. But in my Opinion it could easily be 20$ or more. It is also an Option for mining I think. The Total Supply with 84million is great and not soo big, theres alot of room. So it will receive a steady pump now Tongue I hope for another big dip to buy more Smiley

Yes, really like the way they keep this coin GPU mineable. Wish they could get the AMD miner working asap.

Seems like pump and dump to me.
Can't believe recent increase is only due to ledger nano.
Trying to sell my VTC on Bittrex for some hours now. Although my offer always is the cheapest, nobody buys them. But sometimes there are other offers for only 1 satoshi less and they get bought immediately. Seems like they buy their own coins to pump rate. If you're able to sell, please tell me where and how.

Come on guy, dont be naive, its just another coin that was pumped (sam goes for grs)... This pump was focusing on ASIC resistant coins, next week it will be something else. Point being, VTC is with us for a long time, and now that it jumps it gets a lot of attention, but mostly this type of attention is good only for people who wants to dump 3,4,8,10x on you...IMHO

Vertcoin is similar to Bitcoin Gold and it has Segwit, a long history etc.

This coin should can easily be at 2 or 3 digit prices. VTC $100, why not?  Cool

Nice Fud. I've been on Bittrex all day for many days and haven't seen your lucrative sell order.

Pump and dump happens within a few minutes, not over a longer period of time.

You don't be naive. Noone is getting dumped on, this is legit growth of a coin that's finally receiving the proper attention. LTC has been around since 2011, 3 years longer than VTC. LTC was only just $5 in january and shot up to 50 and then up to 70-80.

So please tell us how we are getting dumped on?

It could probably hit $1 to $1.5 as per my prediction once another fork come and when that time comes I'll buy Verts at that range. I just hoped that it will reach $20 or at least $25 2 to 3 months after the fork.

A few days ago it reach $4 and as of this time it is around $5 now: https://bitinfocharts.com/vertcoin/

I bet that if the average transaction increases to around 300 to 500 per hour and more people became interested at Vert again then even w/o the fork happening my prediction will come true  Grin

That's only my opinion that I wanted to share, still haven't bought any Verts lately.

Why does nobody reply to this? Only hypers here?
Still same situation.
My offer always is the cheapest, but didn't sell anything.
But history says huge amounts are sold, always only for a few satoshis less. Seems like they get bought immediately after offered, because I never saw a cheaper offer than mine. So this must happen within seconds.
Seems like there is no real demand, only pump and dump.
So again:
If you're able to sell, please tell me where and how.

I would be very careful if I were you. Vertcoin seems to be at one of those spots where it could go up or down, and whichever it chooses it will probably go in that direction significantly. Just keep that in mind when you consider buying/selling.

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!
