We don´t really know where this projects are going and surely 2030 e very far away. ETH and BTC might even be past reliques. However i think all the top alts will still have very big growths, being eth the second in Mcap it GROW!

That probably yes! ETH is the main competitor of bitcoin as of now in terms of market cap. Even though both the coins have created for different reasons, but if I look from an investor's point of view, ETH has not yet reached even 10% of its true potential. After bitcoin, ETH looks like the next big thing and a lot of investors like me have already started investing in it. I have a big regret for not getting in to ETH early. When I started, the price of ETH was around $8-$10 so I could have easily bought some coins, but I didn't do it. I could made a few thousand percent of profit by today. However, I have also started investing in bitcoin since last few months now and I believe it remain the second best coin after bitcoin and the price is going to increase manifold in future. Looks great as an investment while it's cheap.

The price of ethereum is very cheap right now and i believe that if the progress of ethereum will continue to be good and better each and everyday then the price of ethereum might follow the foot steps of what the price of bitcoin moves from the past few years and because of that belief by myself, i am stocking some ethereum in my hardware wallet for long term aside from my holdings in bitcoin.

Hoping that the value of ethereum will continue to increase like bitcoin, this coin is next to bitcoin base on the stability in the volume of investors, no one knows if bitcoin and ethereum will continue to exist until 2030 or more but i believed that cryto currency will exist longer as long as many people need this currency to earn money.

We have to wait for Devcon3, taking place next week. I think this event might be the trigger to kick Ether into an epic bull run to end the year/start 2018. However, it is still a very investment, even if it doesn't rocket off immediately (i suggest every portfolio to hold some Eth).

No one can really tell what will happen in the future because no one has came from it but everything can happen especially with this cryptocurerncies as Bitcoin already grew a big amount of price ever since it was created so Ethereum can do that also and almost all of the good Altcoins out there that offers an efficient platform.

I really believe that Bitcoin will still soar high in the future as it has only an almost $100 billion market capitalization as of this moment how much more when it reaches the $1 trillion mark then the price of it today will multiply in 10. It is just a matter of time until the whole world really accepts the potentials of cryptocurrencies.

2030 is out of our predictions and only a sorcerer will know its future. Ethereum has always be on the side with bitcoin when it comes to support from the community and I believe that it will also have a highlight day/bull run and momentum in few years now. Taking it to account that is also widely used and have many future project that working with ethereum.

I would try to give a safe answer by saying maybe. We havent seen a successful DAPP developed using Ethereum yet and there are some developers who say that there wouldnt be one soon.

Maybe if the ICO market keeps growing, then ETH's value could double from where it is now. But other platforms like QTUM and ETC want their share too, so we cant really say what will happen.

its too far to thinking or to imagine that ethereum will have the same price and growth as bitcoin but ethereum have the big chance for this. i think its too long to waiting for ethereum until that price but if the price is suddenly increase as bitcoin then i am sure that many ethereum holder will getting rich and we can add more bitcoin into their wallet.

Let me tell you it’s not just about ethereum but many other altcoins that are ready to pop in the 2030. You are talking about 10-13 years of period from now which is more than enough to get market cap equal to today’s bitcoin. So there are many reasons that can easily make ethereum go up and hike upto 5-6K USD which is current rate of bitcoin. It’s all about investments and developments in the area of crypto currency which makes them possible to grow.

I'm sure Ethereum will be even more successful in the future, but I don't think it can emulate Bitcoin's explosive growth. While they're both cryptocurrencies, they have different focus, and Ethereum's is mostly towards the applications of its own technology; it's basically a programming language on a blockchain after all. Bitcoin's focus on being an alternative currency completely independent of central banks and governments is more likely to resonate with the general populace.

Another major difference is that Ethereum supply is not capped, ultimately making it an inflationary currency, as opposed to being deflationary. Your Bitcoins are likely going to be more valuable as time goes on, while your Ether is likely going to be less valuable.

I could be wrong though, of course.

It could reach that much high in such long period of time. I mean i know ethereum since it was 6-10USD and now its at 300+/- always. With part of globe making the ICO legalised it could grow number of investors who don’t used to trust it before. So ultimately the demand and supply of ethereum will start speaking leading to increased prices of ethereum. So there are many factors that says yes ethereum will rise surely.
