Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I want to know expert miners what is the best way to mine ASIC vs GPU

Thank Alot
Asic mining tools is good for mining bitcoin and many big mining companies are using Asic9 in other to get good share of the network. But GPU tools are good for alternative coins mining including bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold! If you are into cryptocurrencies mining business or you want to go into it, I will advise you to mining both bitcoin and altcoin and at the same time buying tools that you can use to mining both.

Are you are planning to mine bitcoin then you need to have an ASIC device to do it, but if you are planning to mine alt coins GPU is the best so that you can do dual mining.

Here is a no meaningful comparison. The above described well what is needed and why. But the point is that the asics are useless in everyday life. And they do not need to a person who doesnt live by mining (even bitcoin).

Hello guys i would like to know the comparison about noise of asic miner and GPU mining ..
I was heard antminer s9 but  its really noisy that i think i  couldn't sleep if i run s9 in my room..
What do you think for GPU mining if i start to build a rig with 4 1080ti gpu do you think the  noise would be the same as asic s9?

.
.BIG WINNER!.

ASIC and GPU have different purpose when it comes to mining, if you have both that is better.

I want to know expert miners what is the best way to mine ASIC vs GPU

Thank Alot

I prefer using an ASIC miner since it has more hashing power than GPUs and can mine more bitcoin than those GPU. Only problem i am encountering with ASICs is that no stock is always available from the sellers, resellers is doubling the price of the miners.

I would go with mining using ASIC machines. This type of mining is the most easy among the two. You just need to have an ASIC device and an internet connection then everything is good to go, unlike with GPU mining you need to tweak a lot of thing from the GPU before it can give you a good performance.

Regarding on setting up those miners I would say it would be just the same but only on little differences since they do have different coins to mine the problem on GPU is that it is somehow hassle because you do set up lots of gpu cards which unlike on ASIC just make some tweaks specially on software installation then you are good to go but when it comes to profitability wise I would go for gpu mining.

If other people mining with ASIC miners, you can not get profit via GPU on that currency. GPU mining is profitable with altcoins.

It's not a correct answer and I vet you heared a lot of different answers. For someone asic is great because he/she sees more potential in only bitcoin mining, for other altcoin mining is like a jurney and they enjoy it.
I prefer asic but in this situation I would choose GPU because you don't depend on one coin, you can mine many altcoin and if you want you can turn for example from ether to dash and etc.

You must be cautious using an ASIC. Look for stories about Antminer D3 (for Dash mining) and Antminer L3 (for Litecoin mining). Lots of users are unhappy with with ROI that have been extended for more than 1 year !
But usually, the ROI on mining with an ASIC on a dedicated coin is far better than mining on GPU.

Don't forget that Asic miners right now can mine altcoin like antminer L3+ or D3 they are both asic chip that we can consider as mining altcoin..
But compare to the profitability Asic is much profitable and cheap hardware than GPU..
I was planning to build more mining rig  but its really not profitable as of now base on what i experienced.. i am planning to order asic but its really hard to order directly from bitmain and always soldout..  unlike GPU that you can buy easily even here in my country there are lots of  shops that you can buy gpu..

Asics machines are certainly more profitable than GPUs. As the ASIC diggers are designed to be most suitable for mining, while the GPU does not perform as well as it does, it also consumes more power.

Not ASIC for home mining. With a GPU can mine at home.
