Russia’s president Vladimir Putin has issued orders pertaining to the regulation of cryptocurrencies, initial coin offerings (ICO), and cryptocurrency mining. He wants changes made to the Russian legislation to regulate cryptocurrencies and tokens. Mining operations will also be registered and taxed. The prime minister and the central bank governor will be responsible for completing the orders by July next year.

Sure, vladimir putin always in front of his rival in the world. Starting with make coin for their country. He want to developed the regulatory and making coin too. I think he planning to control or dominate the bitcoin or cryptocurrency world market

jajaja what a joke from putin in this day, i've heard about putin and the rusia central bank are banning the bitcoin but this time they are all turning again into the bitcoin.
They are realizing about the fact crypto is about money.
