Hi,

wTB 3 btc monthly with paypal. At the begining we can do it on small amounts so you can be sure everything s ok.

I will need it every day 5 of the month. We can establish a standard price like mtgox high on day 5 of the month or something like that.

Please post or pm me.

There is an interesting but small quantity of bitcoin being bid on on ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Bitcoin-1-BTC-Digital-Currency-/300918183116?pt=UK_Coins_World_RL&hash=item46101f14cc

The prices appears to reflect the bidders acceptance of risk level as to the value of bitcoin at the time of auction end.

It looks like none of this addresses the risk of eBay chargebacks.  The total profit across many transactions would be wiped out if 1 buyer decides to back out/cry fraud.  Am I missing something?

That he wants a long-term relation kinda suggest otherwise. Why not rather tell him another way of buying BTC without hassle.

We can do with small amounts at the begining until mutual trust have been built.

That's the point of suggesting it. Social engineering to build trust.

Why do you want to do this "monthly"Huh?

I need to make a payment to bolivia of 350 usd each month. They can receive pay pal but in bolivia cant get the money to the bank then. I asked western union and they charge me just.... 50%!! For the transfer to bolivia.

So i came out with btc solution. I found a guy in bolivia that buys btc and deposits in any bank account.

Please guys just let me know who can do it or if its imposible its ok. I have an ethics and a small reput in this forum and wont break it. I handled a couple of exhanges, did escrows to others and even returned 10,000 yac when they were valued at 400 ltc to a chinese that i dont know and sent them to me by mistake. You can check all this out in my history.

It has to be with credit card because in my country the dollar cash is forbidden and it s valued 50% more. But with credit card they convert it to the official price.

The paypal account is likely phished.
You'll send the coins (non reversible) and PayPal will then reverse the transaction.

The btc can be checked on blockchain as receipt of payment.

Except trading virtual currencies is expressly forbidden by PayPal's terms of service and they will not only side with the sender of USD, you also risk having your account frozen for up to 6 months.

Trading small amounts to build trust is something a scammer would happily do to initially gain access to a larger steal. OP have you any previous transactions documented on the forums? Personally I think this is likely a scam.

I tried it (http://buy-bitcoin-with-paypal.blogspot.be/2013/05/how-to-buy-bitcoin-with-paypal_28.html)
Just make sure your SL account is over 30 days and realize that their are some fees involved. Virwos is good but I find their fees a bit high.

Thanks. Is there a way to buy directly through credit card even paying a 5-10% fee?

You can ask a merchant to sell you an item and instead process a paypal payment for the bitcoin.

Thank you for posting this question.  This is a fundamental issue, moving funds into countries with currency controls.  I know others have suggested you are a scammer, and that concern is always present.  But the essential issue of USING bitcoin as a means to transfer value, through the internet, is the very point of your question.  Further, it poses that question where oppressive rules by government seek to control behavior.
