To be fair I wasn't trying to belitte anyone. I just wanted to highlight the fact the guy created a dummy account for the sole purpose of trolling our project. (You can check the post history to confirm this.)

As I've mentioned we're working on this and this wasn't the intention of this account at all (though this seemed obvious to us, however naive that may seem).

We have an interview up https://www.bitcoin-millionaire.com/viabet-ico/

Probably not up to the high standards of bitcointalk but we're trying to work ourselves up. We could start posting on the viabet.io account if that makes a difference to anyone? We never tried to disguise this project for something that it's not. You won't see us post fake team names, team pages etc...

we'll post "proof" but we'll post this on our own time not from being pressured or harrased.

Fair enough, that guy may have some sort of ulterior motive. I'm impressed with the mature response, however I can only recommend people exercise caution until additional info comes out.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stunna, the thing is its smart contract. So we see how much tokens they have and how much tokens are available for distribution. I'm not mentioning the fact that nobody knows on which terms their fake investors joined the crowdsale ( as if terms are different to those who participate with smart-contract that's a case for a class action lawsuit like with Tezos and mr. Draper). The thing is that you can't take coins from crowdsale contract and give it to some people for free, those coins are only sent when someone contributes ethers. And here are all token holders https://etherscan.io/token/0xd70c22ff998cb7c5c36ae1680d1b49a435cd7306#balances as you can see only those who participated in ICO got the tokens, the rest belongs to crowdsale address and 12M they claimed.

They ignored my message that nobody from ICE heard about VIAbet ( and they confirmed that they don't even have a company and everyone sends funds to their joint "friends and family" scam project ).

They ignored my accusation that they linked to past and future ICO scams (check the address that created VIABet token). It's on the blockchain and visible to everyone.

They declined to confirm they have the funds.

Lies about SEC "clearing". There's no such thing as clearing. They can get No-Action Letter, or allow sales only to accredited investors and do full AML\KYC. But according to the OP they DONT HAVE A COMPANY YET!!!! How did they approach the SEC?! It means they want to grab as much as they can and run.

Plus, in real life, people can rarely open their game. And on the Viabet platform, this is available to almost everyone
In real life, sometimes you can get a fine for opening a casino. Therefore, online is more suitable in this direction. Will there be age limits on the platform?
Oh this is an interesting question and how can this be determined?

I do not know, I'm waiting for the representative of the answer. Will there be an age limit on the platform for access to games and how will it be implemented?

Most online casinos use a 18 or 21 year age limit. VIABET will be no different for obvious legal reasons. Implementation is not a problem as much as is actually being able to enforce it.

As you probably understand an "I am over 18" tickbox will be ineffective in this scenario. Therefore, we are working on our own proprietary blockchain identity verification process. We're also looking into other current projects/developments that would help us achieve this as well, Civic being one of them.

How to check that person is over 18 years. Is is necessary to verify the persoin?

DNA test. Joke. All checks "i am adult" exist only to meet the laws.

Offline wallets are the safest. But they cost money (around the 70 Euro's or so). Trezor wallet and Ledger wallet are the best known. You can google them.

If you don't want to spend money on a wallet you can for ERC20 tokens (based on Ethereum) use www.myetherwallet.com. That's what most people around here with only a few coins do.

Note: When you buy tokens in an ICO or do bounties; never directly use the wallet of your exchange account. They are not ERC20 compatible.

VIABET uses ERC20 standard for its tokens.

I hope this information helps you to get started to buy or hunt your XVIA (VIABET) or other tokens.

Success!

Fee of 0.1ETH Huh
Why so much more than normal transactions?
Yeah, me, these transactions are generally upsetting in principle. As for me, they are everywhere overpriced, on any exchange. It would be possible to ask less
