Bitcoin Intro Movie - we want script! :)

Hi,

We have about 4 hours of raw live footage from the bold and the beautiful (smartly dressed man and girls) in a five-star country retreat (Haikko Manor) talking about BITCOIN. We can make anything between 30 second to 30-minute movie with ease, with the footage and the editor we already have. Voice will naturally be separate from video, since most of the footage is in Finnish and the final document will be in English.

Anyone scriptmaker? Lets make it here in this thread! Finally some fun, the people are ungeekish and the general theory of bitcoin is there. Not to mention the about 50/50 sex ratio.

- inside of a gorgeous meeting hall (a round-table talk of about 15 people)
- outside the Haikko Manor (seen in the link)
- on top (outside) the white round balcony (seen in the link) and to the park from there
- inside the hotel room
- all the dubbing/powerpointing capacity that we need

Most of the talk is in Finnish, so now is the time to rearrage the words to support bitcoin.

Nice sets and tools. So far so good to show the world that bitcoin is a sophisticated currency for the world's richest people. Very cool.

So are you suggesting we write a script of English words spoken over the top of people talking, who's mouths are moving in Finnish? Or just english subtitles? (Which would instantly show anyone who speaks finnish that the whole project is dubious.)

Sorry, I'm a 'Murrican, and without a good gunfight nor car chase there is no way to hold my attention for more than 2 minutes on any topic. (Excepting porn, of course.... Too much to ask? You did say 50/50 M/F ratio...!;))

I think the first thing would be to establish the following things:

1. What is the message we want the video to send
2. What is the target group of the video

Once those things have been established it will be easier to write a script.

I'd probably end with something like "And now, finally, the Bankers are naked."
