Lolz. ditto. It does not add that, I post all the time using that plugin with other forums It does by default. You can easily turn it off though. The user that uses this would leave it default, to make themselves think they look cool, because they are in a coffee shop using their mobile. If anything, "Posted using tapatalk on my phone" should be removed from the source if it ever gets implemented. No one needs to see this shit. No one cares where you're posting from. |

But I think I saw this somewhere else, an admin said it slowed down the site, and the notification was annoying.
Disable the notification and replace the 'Posted using tapatalk on my phone' with a space. (Censoring? Not sure how you would do this)

See the below quote. The Tapatalk modification is a massive amount of code that is clearly messing with the security system. I don't have time to review all of this code, so I will not apply it.
There's a lot more custom code added into the forums since he posted that reply, so I'm guessing it'd be even worse now. Seems unlikely that it will happen. |

I rarely visit here anymore because of the lack of tapatalk. The forum just looks like *** on mobile/tablets. Well it looks like *** on desktop too but I have more screen real estate to waste on it.

There's a lot more custom code added into the forums since he posted that reply, so I'm guessing it'd be even worse now. Seems unlikely that it will happen. Theymos is right, their app is not secure, in every 2-3 month they update their app due to security problems. |

Sadly forums are pretty hard to navigate on small screens, but there is a nifty little app for iPhone and Android that makes it easy to navigate Forums and write posts: Tapatalk. For this to work we'd need to add the SMF Tapatalk plugin to the Forum, and I was wondering whether there is interest from the other users and if it is possible that an admin could add it for us  Any comments? +1

I owned 3 SMF forums and in all of them activated SMF plugins for Tapatalk. It is very simple to install (add the package, install and apply and check permissions). if administrator needs help, I could...
I would like also to have this forum in my tapatalk.
