What types of wallets does Litecoin have. I see one that looks like Bitcoin-QT are there others?

Collect them in BTC-e, to be ready to sell  when price reaches 1x USD.

there are loads btc wallets
check bitcoin.org

best litecoin wallet its litecoin.qt
btc-e wallet its fine if you will to trust them

I use Electrum, its lightweight and easy to backup.
