You mention that the UK is working but the numbers are blocked from EE (Orange & T-Mobile).

I'm not sure that you are understanding properly, all the UK numbers are blocked.
It doesn't matter how many more you add - they are all blocked by the mobile company's in the UK.
I think you need to find a new supplier.

No numbers in my country :/
10EUR for 5000 minutes comes out at 0.2ct per minute. coinbycall is usually around 0.15ct/min.
