Unfortunately, this is a newly opened site and you'll see the low number in their click stats and even the number of users registered. It's kind of impossible for now to determine whether it is paying or not. I'm pretty sure there is no users yet that have reached the 1000 views threshold for receiving payment. First impression I could give is it have a higher pay rate considering they'll pay $3 in all not mentioned country in their list (most our 3rd world country). Shorte.st, a competitor will only pay Iran views for as low as $1.04 while Skipabid is still intact for $3.

Well, I don't want to judge a site right away but when I tried accessing it, my "web anti-virus" blocked it right away and say that this may have a potential risk that could harm my computer. Maybe because of the domain that it currently has but I wouldn't risk it and will stay away from it. I'm always skeptical with this kind of website. It would be best if someone will post some proof that they got some payments.  |

That site is pretty new so I doubt you will get any reviews about it I would recommend you to use more trusted alternatives instead, if you have already started using skipad you can provide you're feedback/payment proof will help other users who are searching reviews about this website.

The site started from 2017-10-02, so its too early to say its a genuine one or a scam. There is no review of the site anywhere either. I am just wondering how you landed on a relatively new site, and even thinking hope it is not your site and you are trying to promote it in the forum  |

Your overwhelming positive response to the legitness of this site and your doubleposting of two different proof pictures that might show anything but a proof, seems suspicious to me. I am new here, so feel free to correct me, but this is just all weird. Especially these posts from an account that is just as new as mine and has posted in this thread only so far. |

Nowadays i can see many url shortening sites poping up. Whats the minimum threashold for payment? Does it count all views or just unique views? Because I am searching for a url shortner that counts all impressions including raw impressions . I was actually using psl.io before. It used to count all views . But now it turned to a scam.
