that phishing site is mtnox.com
it says "Please read news about MtGox, in Members area."
so I log in and lost my bitcoin.
I just find this domain was registered via www.inwx.de

and the telephone number of customer service is +49 30 66 400 139
(You can call us from Monday till Thursday from 9am to 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 4pm under this  number)
My spoken english is poor, so can anyone give them a call and tell them to remove the site to stop this form of crime?

please call the service telephone number and such actions can benefit the whole bitcoin community.

and anyone know how to catch the guy as well as how to get my bitcoins back?
thank you very much.

Not really sadly. 2 factor auth is the only way to protect yourself.

I highly recommend 2 factor for anything Bitcoin or banking related.  If you're just turning on 2 factor always check your API authorizations and make sure no one has slipped one in without your knowledge.

If registrar is uncooperative,

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/

Google might be willing to take it off search results and cancel any ad campaigns.

Catchy username there. (Not even remotely funny but worth a blind shot).

Best of luck in catching whoever did this (despite the low likelihood) and regaining what is yours.  Smiley

mtnox.com now reporting in Chrome Browser as likely phishing site.

Was this a typo and you meant mtgox.com?

I think what's happening here is people are doing typos or clicking the wrong link and not realizing it.

Ex. mtgox and mtqos look very similar so if you're not being attentive it's easy to be sucked in.

No I meant mtnox.com which is the phishing site. Mtgox.com is the genuine one.

I figured as much. I thought there were ways to get domains like that removed/under your control. I know some stores have done it (like wal-mart) in the past because it was clear that the people taking the similar domains did it for malicious purposes.

I hope none of you are visiting this site. It most likely has a silent java drive by. For all we know the OP is an easy perpetrator/ social engineer.
