They don't have very long termed based goals on roadmap. It is normal to wait for something quality for few more months. They are fully aware of the fastest changing markets and growing competition so delivery of product within certain time limit is their top priority. Also that example used above can be applied on Debitum and any other good project to understand how things can turn out.

any thoughts on arranging an airdrop/bonus/something for all Deb (etherscan) accounts that  have same amount  of tokens (or more) bought  at ICO? (people can rebuy if neccesary) trying to think of a way to discourage sales when eth price approaches ico level. just a thought, not sure that its a very good one.

No, they just read the white paper and understand that the token will have a use in the eco system very soon and that will drive the price up. The further Debitum expands globally the more the token will be used and that will create a demand. Right now there is no demand for the token, only speculation.

The question and answer video is much appreciated. I honestly haven't stopped in here all that often, so I'm not sure if the video response is a regular thing. Martin is solid in front of the camera. The more Martin, the better... Calming,  honest, optimistic. I'm not trying to create more work for you guys... you have plenty already, but I think videos like this could encourage constructive questions and discussion... which may go a long way to pass the time while building community. You can only build so much community debating price and exchanges. A regular Q and A might not be bad, as long as we as a community do our part to create discussion worth addressing.

But the current 24hr volume on Kucoin is around $50,000 USD which is super low and not getting it on the radar for most retail investors looking through CMC. Liquidity is certainly needed (as are other upgrades) if we expect this to catch on anytime soon.

My opinion,They should have had the latest updates about it to make their project better in the future.

I haven't noticed any withdrawal fees being higher in hitbtc than kucoin.
Then again I only withdraw in Eth. If they have higher fees on coins, I haven't seen it.

Guys I like KuCoin, never had any problems with them, good platform, great security. I'm not too sure about the other two exchanges currently listed, feel they pointless. Not sure about Hitbtc as I never used them, but I notice the concerns are high fees and poor customer service. I can't see Binance as a option due to high costs associated with joining. So, I would take Hitbtc as a option now. I like huobi and far East exchanges, if it increases volume and helps with price as we move forward towards Q3, I see that as a good thing. Basically, I prefer positive steps forward as opposed to nothing.
