Litecoin QT Wallet - problem with an old version

i have a old version of LITECOIN-QT, i have also a backup, now when i open, after one year, i read the message:

Urgent: alert key compromized, upgrade required.

what can i do? i cant find the new version of this.
If i upgrade, then my backup dont work with this new version?

What I would do is:

Option 1.
I would download Electrum LTC, make a new wallet in that and transfer my litecoin there.

Option 2.
I would build myself a virtual machine (VirtualBox), install a win10 on it (win10 can run well without activation), install the newest Litecoin QT on that machine, let it sync, copy the wallet there, see if it works and if there's still error message.
If everything is good, backup my wallet and install the newest Litecoin QT on the computer, overwriting the old version. If everything still good, uninstall/delete the virtual machine.

Of course, make sure you stay safe, meaning backups, meaning antivirus protection.

the problem is that after 4 hours is not syncro, i cant see the Litecoin in my wallet.
but i have the backup in file .dat

I have solve this problem, now i see the Litecoin in my wallet.

but now for transfer that from wallet in my pc to a wallet in Coinbase i have another problem.
I have send 4 LTC for test, on saturday morning, and now thei are still pending, with no confirmation (0 to 6 ).

What is the way to move the Litecoin from my wallet into MAC, to another wallet online?
Why after 48 hours is pending and no one confirmation?
