I think we have a serious problem in the forum.
Lauda and other members put negative trust without any rules. They created their own rules.
Sometimes they punish the intention. They don't have to report any proof.
The reference is not a proof.
They decided to apply  their own rules but they don't understand that the problem is the possibility to create multiple accounts.
Why Lauda doesn't ask theymos to link the account to an Id card or to a cellular phone number?
Lauda giving the neg trust, force you to create a new account.
Why Lauda doesn't ask Theymos to lock the  "Invites & Accounts". (remember that buying accounts is legit)
It should be very happy but doing this he would not have his game anymore.

So I ask to all of you to do something against this problem.

I think that we can ask every day  in every thread for a bounty campaign to the bounty manager  to put ~Lauda in his default trust list ignoring Lauda trust.

Maybe we can create a Signature asking for ~Lauda in the default trust.

We could create every days tons of account (remember it's not against the rule) posting this message in every thread and reporting this problem to DT1 users.

We have to do something, they put red trust to legit users without any rules, without anybody that told them to do, they punish the intention, this is witch-hunt.

So the fact is:
There are no rules
You can buy and sell account
You can ask to everyone to ignore Lauda putting ~Lauda in the default trust list.

Remember that Lauda can't be judged by anyone and ignoring him is the only weapon we have.

Let me guess first. You were tagged for one of the following reasons:
a) You were tagged for account sales in the past 7 days.
b) You were tagged for abusing bounty campaigns with multiple accounts.

Why Lauda doesn't ask Theymos to lock the  "Invites & Accounts". (remember that buying accounts is legit)
Non hacked/stolen and non bitcointalk accounts, sure.

It should be very happy but doing this he would not have his game anymore.
You mean the game where I literally donate hundreds of hours while trying to make this a better place? Roll Eyes

We could create every days tons of account (remember it's not against the rule) posting this message in every thread and reporting this problem to DT1 users.
You mean the problem where the people who deserve red paint actually get it?

So the fact is:
There are no rules
Wrong.

You can buy and sell account
You can also steal from others, but that doesn't make it right.

You can ask to everyone to ignore Lauda putting ~Lauda in the default trust list.
An act of such shadiness if definitely going to help you.

Remember that Lauda can't be judged by anyone and ignoring him is the only weapon we have.
That is a blatant lie. DT1 members judge and determine who to place in their trust list, or who to exclude from their list.

So I ask to all of you to do something against this problem.
To be a normal user should be enough
*insert thank you gif*.  Smiley

@Title: To be any kind of "judge", I'd have to be at least a DT1 member or an administrator. The closest analogy would be some kind of "assistant" to the actual judges.

No, look at this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2412617.0

He was a normal user.

he din't sell or buy any accounts! if He asked this does not mean that he bought something or sold it!

So your answer isn't right. To be a normal user is not enough.

The year is 2017. Normal users do not make inquiries with intent to buy or sell accounts. Normal users do not abuse campaigns. Normal users do not farm accounts. Normal users do not scam others.

He made an inquiry about the account for sale, sort of.  He wrote something like "PM sent".  Therefore he probably consummated the deal outside of that thread.   You just don't agreement with the feedback that was left, and although I thought a"PM sent" post didn't warrant a neg from myself, I fully support Lauda for leaving one.  Account sales are cancerous to bitcointalk and people who deal in accounts deserve negative trust--especially from DT members.

Lauda is very smart because he didn't answer directly to the question.

You can buy and sell account

Lauda: You can also steal from others, but that doesn't make it right.

let's try in other way. (I don't mean "To be able to" with the "can" above)

Is totally legit to buy or sell an bitcointalk account? (non hacked, not stolen)
Yes or No? (there is only YES or NO).

How do you complete this sentence: Lauda is telling everyone that buying or selling bitcointalk accounts it perfectly and totaly rig...and within the forum rules.

How many are the DT1 members?

If the 51% of the forum users thought that you are wrong what is your advice? How can the majority remove you from your role. I don't think you are untochable, aren't you?
Let's create a democracy forum together!

Close the "invite & accounts" and do a KYC per person.
But please don't give punishment for the intention without any proof and pretend to be right.
The real world doesn't work in this way. Doinfg this you will obtain that people will creat a newbie account to do the deal.
The problem is the possibility to create infinite accounts per user...this is the only problem.
And Lauda is forcing people to create new account for everything...he put also a negative trust to someone who didn't think the same in a discussion.
He call idiots BCH users. He is not controlled by DT1. I am sure that they didn't consider any action against him.
So the only weapon is ~Lauda in the trust of every user of the forum.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2432759.0  Duplicate thread can be found here thus further proving my point of user decided not to educate himself in reading forum stickies or other tutorials placed by members. Also proving IMO he likely deserved the neg mark he got
