Hodl? Ha ha.
Seriously, I heard you can't really transfer it until Nov 1 and the value is sort undetermined?
Can I trade mine for some other alt-coins?

In my opinion and in my vision there are several ways of what you can do with Bitcoin Gold (BTG).
1. You can just hold it and wait for the best moment to sell. (if you already have it/or buy it while it is cheap). But there is a chance that you will wait too much or something else.. And then sell for a cheap. But I don't know what will be with the price of BTG in long time period.
2. Trade! But I think now is maybe a bit late. Before hard fork it was the best thing to move from altcoins to buy BTC and get free BTG and sell it. And after that immediately buy altcoins again while they are cheap.

I'm looking to invest my BTG's in ICO's.  It's basically playing with house money, might as well try going for the moon.

Probably do the same once the hard fork hits!  My goal is to triple my gains by end of year Wink

If anyone has suggestions, let me know!

I do not know how much it will be worth when trading starts but my plan is to hold. I have bitcoin and eight ether tokens. Looking to hold a variety of cryptos to keep a diversified portfolio.

I dont think it will be worthier than bitcoin cash and the price may drop after November 1 as most of the holders will dump it for Bitcoin or altcoins.

Sell it whilst it's worth something and then just forget about it because in a few weeks everyone else would of forgot about it and it will plummet.

I'm just going to hold onto it for a while just as I with with the previous fork.
It's going to be pretty interesting seeing at how much the price will be settling to, I think it's going to be less than with BCH.

Can't really hurt to wait a bit if you're making a profit regardless Smiley

I sold mine right after i got them on my wallet, they are useless, tell me, what can you do with bitcoin gold? anything, the only thing that you can do is just selling them for bitcoins, and then withdraw that money or use it to invest in other altcoins or just keep it on bitcoins.
You can not even send bitcoin gold to another wallet, it is useless, you cant do a shit with it, bitcoin cash was pretty the same, but you can transfer it and it has been quiet.
Bitcoin gold is only going down.. less than $115 at the moment.

Have you already claimed your Bitcoin Golds? If so, how did you accomplish that?

I have all my Bitcoins on my Trezor Hardware Wallet. And is there any exchange available which has deposits already enabled for BTG?

Just keep them all until you re able to send your bitcoin gold to the exchange site, i just suggest people to keep their bitcoin in the exchange site that already supported the bitcoin cash trade. And you can dump them all anytime if you want. In another side about the fact bitcoin gold is a bit scammy coin with premined shit for the developer.
The developer just a fuckin scammer. you can see all of the proof.

To each his own.

For me i choose to sell it once i got my btg, i do not want to hold because i feel this would be like what happen on bch a week after hard fork the value was continuous decreasing until it would be worthless. But it depends on the owner of btg if they b3lieved that this altcoin has a brighter future go just hold it for long period of time.
