Since June 9th and 10th have gone already it is likely fake......but why would Mtgox reply on their twitter feed about the PDF but not call it an outright fake?  Guess that's the way the corporate world works (keep us in the black)....lol

Maybe it was not suppost to be leaked, but someone did it.....

Fake in its officiality, but in its content it is generally accurate. The brushing off from Gox only implies imminent announcement, and their recent tweet from Tux suggests that an upcoming announcement is regarding LTC.

When will you be adding Litecoin (LTC) to Mt. Gox?
Soon. We were planning on doing so two weeks ago, but events derailed that plan. Right
now we are focused on overall stability of the exchange, and will launch LTC when we are
ready. Otherwise we could be further complicating things

It is on page 2 of title Statement Regarding Recent DDoS Attacks and Mitigation

The point is that mtgox have said that they will be putting litecoin on to mtgox people just need to be patient and buy while they are cheap.. I am!
