Hey guys, I'm a writer and documentary producer at VICE/Motherboard. We're currently working on a bitcoin doc and we'll be in China in the coming weeks. If you're a local bitcoiner there, please get in touch!

You can shoot me an email at sfnuop at gmail.com

The Bitcoin Education Project is highly involved in China at the moment and we have a strategy to educate the chinese on Bitcoin. I'd love to discuss it with you at your convenience. Please check out our website:

http://btcedproject.org/

We also have a director specifically for Chinese integration:

Li Xiaolai: http://btcedproject.org/?page_id=67

Wow! Very curious about the bitcoin scene in Macau, especially if it's getting into the HUGE gambling scene there somehow.

For those who don't know, Macau is a special region like Hong Kong, having come out of Portuguese rule in 1999. Its special status allowed its massive gambling industry to continue and expand. It currently moves multiples of the money being played at Vegas (for example) with wealthy asian businessmen flocking there with suitcases filled with money to wear off  those number 8s.
