Which Exchange is the fastest in SEPA withdrawals

I've been trading with CEX.io but their SEPA transfers take up to 14 days
not to mention their normal wire transfers which took more than 24 days to complete

im looking for a good exchange that will complete its sepa transfers within 1-2 business days

If you combine it with Fidor then Kraken takes an hour or two. The problem is that Kraken as an exchange doesn't really work properly. Other places like Bitstamp shouldn't be more than a couple of days. That Cex figure is a disgrace.

The Kraken exchange is buggy, slow and trades don't execute.

Fidor will only be available to German or British residents. SEPA will still be fast to other banks, but not that fast. Fidor was specially integrated into Kraken and Bitcoin.de.
