I'm curious what the percentages are for this question. Personally I think the lowest prices are unfortunately over. Prices lower then this just cause panic buying.

The price will go below last weekends low in the future, but probably not below the lowest point seen post 266

I think we're pretty clearly out of bubble territory and have been for some time.  Recent fluctuations have just been typical BTC volatility.  There will be another bubble and another crash in the future too.

Yes.  When it dropped down out of the $250 range, I'd say the bubble was over.
