I've been looking to buy bitcoins for about 2 weeks and I haven't found any good websites at low prices. The old website I would buy at is shutdown and another is out of stock. I find it kinda annoying and yet I may be a newbie on here thats not the case. I've been dealing with bitcoins for about a year and a half. PM if you will sell to me, I'm looking to buy through Paypal with a fast, easy, no hassle transaction.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Don't use PayPal. Period.

Go buy a money pak. Someone will sell to you then.

Coinbase (https://coinbase.com/?r=51a5b0d3867ba8db8e00000c) works really well if you have a checking or savings account you can link. It can take a few days for the bank verification. Coinbase charges a flat 1% fee for buying or selling BTC. I've got a walkthrough for buying on Coinbase in case you want to read more before trying it: http://www.bit-buddy.com/buying-bitcoins-on-coinbase.html.

I know BTC-e has low prices but I've also heard they can behave pretty sketchy at times. Most users however report successful use of the site. Still, I'd recommend you approach with caution.

BTC-E is good, it's what I use.  I was having a little trouble today withdrawing my funds, but I was just missing the email confirmation (and it took 4 tries for the email to appear....)
They also have lots of alt coins there, if that's your thing

the best way for you is to go to localbitcoins.com and go to a local exchanger in your country \ schedule with him to meet you.

you give cash, and receive the bitcoins on the spot using smartphone.

If you are willing to pay using your Creditcard, btcquick it is, with 8% fee..

be warned..their service in delivering bitcoin can take up to 6-12hrs

but nonetheless, they are reliable tho

Problem with paypal, is because that account can get "frozen".

Then theres that issue with them holding your funds for minimum of 180 days, and other crap.

If you want a better alternative, and pay a decent amount. I`d use a escrow service like "BTcrow.com".

LocalBitcoins is likely the best bet.

Selling BTC with a paypal payment is very risky.
