I have used computer but now not using for long. Thinking of it it used to mine some coins. But in our country electricity expense is very high.

I would like to mine etherieum and litecoin

Is it worthy or any other suggestions?

ETH mining ROI is getting longer and longer. ETH is going to pass to PoS (actually PoW).
Even if you have a very efficient grafic card you'll probably not make much money...

Useless occupation, especially at home. The prices for a graphics card are expensive, electricity too, so there will be a constant struggle with the loss. Not profitable is all.

If you already know that it's not profitable then why would you ask it? You posted in wrong forum, No worries I reported you, Even if you don't move this to altcoin forum the mods will. Bottom left side of the page is the button to move it.
With cheap electricity mining any coin is profitable. In China they even built solar panels on water, I wish we could go to space near sun to mine for free forever Cheesy

Just in case if its difficult to click on it , Im going paste/copy for you for easy reading  Wink

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NEWBIES KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION " ITS TO LATE TO START MINING , IT IS STILL PROFITABLE ?"

No one can tell you !
Always going to be a 2 group of ppl who telling you it's ok go for it , or dont bc you just wasting ur money !
You have to make a decision for yourself !
Do your own research !
No one can tell you for sure what's going to happen with cryptocurrency !
No one can tell you it's going to be profitable for you or not !
No one can tell you how much profit you going to be able to make ! ( if you can make any at all )
No one can tell you the ROI ( return of investment) time !
None of those calculators you are seeing on the web can tell you what's coming tomorrow , months later or 6 months later !
Those calculators telling you about today , at that moment when you typing in your information !
It's little bit of gambling , you must to decide you want to play on the lottery or not  Grin
YES some of us got lucky , made some money with mining
YES some of us got unlucky , lost some money , bc when price started to fall , sold the coins , miners

If you are built your miners a year ago , then yes its profitable for you just like for many another miners Smiley
Those who building they rigs today , probably not going to be profitable at least for a year or more ... , but by then there is a very good chance  ETH going to be Proof-of-Stake !

That's another problem because when ETH become pos those who mined it needed to switch over to another  coins which will make the difficulties to made even harder so I think if you don't have rig and your electricity bills are really high better to don't think about it worthless and unprofitable.

All single unit miners are losing their time. Better buy ETH and enjoy profits long time.

Mining does not do much unless you have not just one mining rigs.

But the returns on mining is a mess. I suggest you invest some money on some profitable ICO, whether under the ETH or a new platform.

You need to think out of the box and be very clear what you expect from the price of Ethereum or Bitcoin if you are going to convert it. In my case I am using as if I am going to convert it. I would still mine if I had the chance too even at a small loss rather than buying directly the bitcoin and paying a big premium over its actual price. If you are like me and believe in the power of the long run and price of bitcoin then it is better to mine at home even with a small loss. In the long term you will be happy you did, trust me.
