it is just blockchain.info failing to figure out who mined those blocks

example:
https://blockchain.info/block/000000000000000000305204772044cd219ca2ed4323c4a541d48924a1a5a03d
BC.I shows Unknown.

the coinbase transaction shows it was mined by "ckpool"
https://blockchain.info/tx/f2b7d7f6c0dea618cfb9774fad5f93dc8d64bb18a5043a9dd19bf758f2c43665?show_adv=true
look at that second output which BC.I shows as "Unable to decode output address" in red, that is an OP_Return output which contains some text which you can see at the bottom.

Yes i know blockchain info falling to figure out this.
But my question is why?
for this long and for this many transaction why blockchain info cannot figure out things .
Why they are not fixing the bug?
