all of the initial Llano discussion has got me very intrigued.  supposedly it competing for the middle/low end of the market, which i hope makes it pretty affordable. 

i really hope the performance is decent enough, because I'm going to be building a dual purpose box soon for both gaming and mining.

Getting an extra 400 cores would be a lovely arrangement, that i'd be willing to consider for the loss of a little performance on the cpu end (in relation to the i5 2500k).  saving money would also be nice.

so my question is, are miners interested in this new cpu?  looks like AMD is going to continue to be the miners friend for quite some time.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

hashrate will be low compared to the apu price.

But it may be a good idea to build rigs based on the cheap one.
