If you can get second hand in good condition, then go for it. I'd recommend new ones though. Radeon 7990 have 1125 Kh/s so i think if it is in 2 quantity then i can easily get 2200 KH/s What you guys think i should buy Brand new or second hand also Ok ??
If you can get second hand in good condition, then go for it. I'd recommend new ones though. Same suggestion from me as well. If they are not soldered from any where manually and are in good condition you can use them but new ones are better. Well actually in Pakistan 7990 has yet to arrive as far as I know. And the price is also very high. Ok can you please suggest me some cards combination which are easily available and in cheap price.

And 60000 won't get you a 2000kh/s but you can go near to 1000kh/s with that amount. by using 2X R9270's

What is the boards model no.?? I need to see it in order to tell you if two cards will fit in it. Even second hand cards won't give you more then 1400kh/s for that price. And it is better not to take risk with second hand ones.

I have this dz77ga-70k
Two GPU's can easily fit on this board there will be more then half inch gap and that would be good for air flow. This is what I am using http://sahulatit.com/graphic-cards/nvidia/amd-radeon-hd-r-9-27oc-2gb-256-bit-graphic-card-best-price-in-pakistanThese GPU's can generate 475KH/s and are the cheapest for this much hash rate. Economy wise no other GPU can beat these. Also the wabsite I posted is the one I bought from and it has the cheapest price listed for these GPU's and they also have a home delivery service for Rawalpindi. Make sure to call them first for available quantity. ALso you will need a PSU of atleast 600 Watts to power two GPU's
