We are also organising a 2 day regional forum in Moldova end of October and another in Abu Dhabi which is a 3 day event from the 2nd to 4th December.

No idea but I know that you can fit 650-700 inputs in a single transaction

I think you just won't be able to transfer more than 700 inputs, the wallet will say that the transaction is too big. So either select the inputs manually or just send the approximate amount that won't take more than 700 inputs.
