A few friends and I would like to create our own coin, but we don't know anyone who is good enozgh to develop one.
Is there a good site where they offer themselves?
We live in Berlin and Amsterdam respectively and would also like to meet the future dev in person.
Preferred Algo would be Equihash or Neoscrypt.

Any information about average costs or possibilities are welcome.

If you do a Google Search you could find many people willing to make the coin for you. It's a little expensive to set up though they will give you what you want.

Don't do it. You are only going to cause issues with the people that want to make money on this forum. As for the technical side of your future coin, if you can't develop then don't start. It's not a game.

Don't do it. You are only going to cause issues with the people that want to make money on this forum. As for the technical side of your future coin, if you can't develop then don't start. It's not a game.

Agreed, in order to head off issues/bugs while keeping an eye on innovation enough to make the coin viable/accepted in a public market you need to be (or have someone willing to be full time) extremely good devops/security/networking engineers. If you cannot develop and are looking to get rich quick there are much easier ways to accomplish that.
