Other people have already pointed out that your "problem" is very probably the blockchain congestion at this time (maybe a lot of profit taking after the bounce yesterday ...).

But if you are really concerned about blockchain.info being a "scam" and want to access your private keys, you can do the following:

- First locate the address from which you sent the payment.
- If it's an imported address, you can download the compressed private key for this address at the following link: https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/settings/addresses . Go to the address, click on "More options -> Private key". If the client you want to use doesn't understand the two formats in which it is offered (WIF/base58) then follow these steps.
- If it's an address of your main blockchain.info wallet, it's a bit more complicated: You must first locate/remember the "recovery phrase" you entered there to generate all your addresses. Then, using a BIP39 generator you can generate the private key of the address(es) you need.

Fortunately there is a tutorial available here. Please follow it carefully and really download the BIP39 generator - even if the page seems to be secure.

Hello,

My priority transactions still pending after 24 hours I pay for priority transaction extra fee..

But still wait what is problem? I am concern about my money...

Transaction NO1:

https://blockchain.info/tx/c5cc4fb8c600f022976d9e6204ef3d96a374e9b735d199269bb3d169da2e0bc8

Transaction NO2:

https://blockchain.info/tx/8490445720aca46996375e06695cb3c94626b6126428acf8711816aa8031185c

I don't think you have a great understanding of how bitcoin works. There is a limited amount of confirms that can be processed and each transaction is appended to the blockchain. Just because it happened that you sent your transaction at a point where there were a lot of transactions going on, does not mean that blockchain is a scam. Don't make fallacious statements on these forums.

This area is up for grabs! PM me if you're interested.

case closed i think is good youre lock thread
i think you only newbie and not understand about transaction, if ready tx id you only wait until comfirmation and then youre can receive youre balance, because blockchain is ready sending youre transaction

and youre transaction is ready confirmation you can check youre balance, if exchanger ussualy need over 6 confirmation, and youre transaction is ready 5 confirmation

Thank you for this. I have always wanted to know how to get my private keys from them and was worried they had them. Now I know it's ok and trust is well placed. They the first wallet I used and I just love their interface and the way it looks. I think they just so professional. This info you have given is invaluable and I do hope it gets qouted a few times more because it is very helpful and good to know. Safety is a very good practice generally but esspecially so in the cryptocurrency world so thanks.
