The payments were all off at first, but they're now working.  The team has been very responsive to my inquiries, I'm adding more miners to this coin next week.

There are lots of problems to get sorted out when operating a pool, cut them some slack before you start crying scam. Lots of issues come up with payments, wallet issues, ect.. Most pools have rocky starts. And from what I have seen the majority of issues are problems with overpayments where the pool makes nothing.
