I have a transfer that I started at 9:41am Central Time and it is now 7:55pm Central Time and the transfer still shows its pending in my Coinbase account and unconfirmed/pending in my Electrum wallet. Is this something I should be concerned about?

If you want advice you need to post the transaction ID.

Probably just the 60,000+ unconfirmed transactions in the mempool and the resulting spike in "recommended" transaction fees Undecided

https://blockchain.info/charts/mempool-count
https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx

No need to panic though... Your transaction will get confirmed eventually... It may just take a lot longer than normal (unless you paid a massive fee, or you can use RBF to bump it up, or you can do a CPFP transaction with a massive fee or you can get your transaction submitted to an accelerator)

I checked this morning and it seemed to have started over and is on 2+ hours and 0/6 confirmations. The first time around it gave me a 83% "Confidence" and now this time it is at 30.06%.

I was looking around my electrum wallet a bit and found that I could have "signed" the transaction with "trustedcoin". However when I sent this I did not do any signatures or co-signing.

I am definetely a newbie to this and learning as I go. Having some money in this is definetely a motivation to learn more so thank you for the replies so far.
Ok so if this is not all that is needed please let me know:

Bitcoin Transaction
1ce0f4297e4a62cf50e3b52357f33496382f5f0c9f870e9270af4faf67336ffd

When I go into Coinbase and view the pending transaction it takes me to this site: https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/1ce0f4297e4a62cf50e3b52357f33496382f5f0c9f870e9270af4faf67336ffd/

The above transaction number is listed in the heading. Let me know if it would be helpful to list the input and output addresses. I did choose the lowest fee.

I just pushed your transaction at the ViaBTC mining pool. It should be included in the next block they mine, give it an hour or two. Hope this helps.

If you use too low a fee again you can always make a free account at pool.viabtc.com. Once joined you can push transactions for free.
