You'd find many interests if you at least provide the details such as the amount you willing to pay after completing the task or at least the information about the "small task".
The lack of information makes this offer very sketchy IMO, just saying.

Please give more details about task. Do you need people from Russia or Ukraine, or do you need people who understand russian or ukrainian language? And tell at least minimal information, what kind of task do you need.
