how about your local exchanger ? you should have it right ? if you have it,it would be better to do that in there
other than that how about use Localbitcoin.com and find someone from your country to do the trade or someone else ?
in localbitcoin you can trade your Bitcoin to Paypal and Fiat,
plus in there you can use escrow system to do the trade, which mean your trade will be guaranteed by the system itself and will prevent you from scammer.
lastly, try to offer it in this forum at 'Currency Exchange' board,
there're a lot of people selling their Bitcoin to other fiat and also other payment point such as Paypal, neteller and else.

Thanks for the reply DaMut I will look into these exchange services you mentioned. If all does not work well i found out that i can buy a debit card from bitpay and use the money/bitcoin through the debit card from bitpay. The best thing about bitpay is that it accepts withdrawals from all 50 states but theres is like a 1 month wait to get the debit card.

I prefer LocalBitcoins but that's because i have had an account for a few years now.
LocalBitcoins has two methods... in-person (face-to-face) cash trading, or online trading. In-person cash exchange is oftentimes a hassle for either the buyer, for the seller, or for both. The online methods can have their downsides as well. But there are thousands of sellers and thousands of buyers who prefer to trade that method.
