Why is it stuck? it is very uncomfortable and bitcoin is losing one of its main meaning to be fast. I am really getting upset but I know I can't do anything. Maybe you have any ideas??

it looks like you have the ability to spend that change and in this second transaction you can add a higher fee that is enough to cause both transactions together to confirm.
This second transaction would be called a Child-pays-for-parent (CPFP) transaction. What you do is pay a fee on the second transaction with an extra amount for the "stuck" transaction, such that the fee for both transactions, when treated as a set, is high enough to get confirmed.

Thanks for reply but How to do that? I am not sure I can do it because I used my local e-wallet for buying&sending bitcoins which generates automatic higher fee than original, and I don't have control over setting fees or something like that. What can I do? :/ :/ its already 1 day I don't get bitcoins. ugh
