What is the end game for a [Suspicious link removed]pany? I mean a lot of them are non profit. I know of course that the end game is to bring value to the customers and to society. But looking purely at the financial end-game. When starting a startup usually the end game for the founders is IPO or getting acquired. What is the end game here? I'm trying to understand how companies are incentivised in the long run.
