I know that you can sell your bitcoin to trade plattform like coinbase etc.. BUT you need to verify your identify, so it' s not anonymously.
How do you cashout your bitcoins anonymously then?

who said we need to verify our identity ?
some of them did not require it,but most of them did it.
just do the basic or the market that does not require your identification,
there 2 way to encash your money :
1.Selling it on the market
2.Selling it off the market,
have you try to encash your money from peer to peer platform like localbitcoin.com ?
in there you just need to find someone to buy or sell it and make an agreement with him/her.
afterward their system will provide you an escrow and do the transaction.
you do not need to send your data to the buyer or seller,
or try to encash it in this forum on Currency Exchange board :

Currency exchange sub forum on here you might be able to do it that way or you could look localbitcoins because I don't think they require identification.

I doubt what you asking is possible through any third medium. Whenever you try to exchange Bitcoins to fiat currency, you are required to verify your KYC. This is required as per law of every country due to fiat engagement.
However, this could only be possible if you personally sell Bitcoin to other party. Only face-to-face trade can maintain trade anonymity.

it depends where you located at, if you reside in the US where Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) policy is strictly implemented, then it hard to transact bitcoin to cash-out movement because anonimity is not allowed, but if you are living outside of the US, their are other countries that offer btc to cash transactions without needed proof of identity but the fee is higher than the coinbase.

Only one way to sell out your bitcoin anonymously is by finding any local buyer and trading with him purely in cash. But there are a few security risks and concerns related to it. Except this I doubt that there is any way by which you can sell out your crypto anonymously.

Face-to-face cash through localbitcoins.com is pretty anonymous. It can be more expensive though because someone has to take the time to meet with you.

Good comments above.  The SIZE of the trade might dictate other schemes.  For mini-Whale and up trades those are often handled via other parties in order to maintain anonymity.  An example would be two attorneys meeting on an island with large bank structures.  The BTC selling party's attorney verifies the money is all there and not counterfeit, etc...  The BTC buyer's attorney then verifies the BTC have been sent to the designated address.  In both cases neither side knows the other side's identity and such things are protected by law via attorney client priv.   Won't happen in the USA but it happens elsewhere.

Face to face meets aren't anonymous, by definition. But actually, my experience in two locations shows that the value for selling Bitcoins is much, much higher if you opt for non-online exchange, such as face-to-face meets. As of right now, both locations show rates >10% of the highest online buyer offer, and at much, much higher minimum buys.

And the reason why is simple: there's little or no protection for the seller. Think they busted several scam rings in India recently: lure people with high rates, rob them when they meet. With online exchanges, there's an escrow system that has never let me down in all my trades.

There are at least two exchanges I have seen in this forum that may not ask for verification for small amounts of cash sells. One's Russian-based, the other Ukrainian-based. Hint: go to russian local board and translate.

The moment you decide to exchange your bitcoin for fiat you cannot expect to remain anonymous you can take some measures to try to reveal as little detail as possible of who you are but it does not matter you are still going to risk your identity begin discovered, there is simply no way around that.

You can do it anonymously if you sell your bitcoins for physical cash on localbitcoins, there are a lot of sellers who are willing to buy your bitcoins paying you directly with cash, and you are anonymous if you sell them by this way, because there is not bank in the middle of you both, because it is a p2p exchange.
But i prefer to cashout my money by wire transfer using localbitcoins, it is more easy to sell.

Using LocalBitcoins would be your best bet if you want to be anonymous as possible.

Localbitcoin is the way to go although i would advise to take precautions, there are plenty of stories of people who try to trade with people there and end up getting robbed.
My advice would to use a user with a good track record and perhaps even better try an anonymous creditcard.

You can always cash out anonymously through LocalBitcoins. No need to give any identity proof just give the guy your bitcoin and get the cash wired to your bank account. You can also meet the person over a cup of coffee and take the cash yourself.

It looks like it's not easy or secure to exchange BTC for common money. US and Canadian exchanges wants tons of personal data to setup account

Yeah i do sell my bitcoins through localbitcoins too, i sell mine for cash, in my country we use other kind of cash, but i always try to find those users who pay with US dollars or Euros, i dont like to have my local cash because it is having a lot of inflation at the moment, and it is risky to have them because we dont know how much it is going to be worth in some months.
but of course, i dont have to give my identity or anything to the seller.

There are peer2peer trading platform that you can use. We have localbitcoins.com which allows you to find available trader nearby to trade Bitcoin. If you want to sell it for cash. That's negotiable. But be careful because even localbitcoin is a reputable platform. It's still the person you deal with is you should worry about. Bad guys use this platform to get some victims. So be careful. Make sure you're in public place. So many people will notice if anything happen. Using exchanges that are complied to AML/KYC required their customers to give their identity in able to cash out your Bitcoin. Anyway, it's hard to convert bitcoin to cash without giving your identity these days. So i think you have no other options aside from localbitcoins.
