I have seen many threads in Services sections which are offering acceleration of the the Bitcoin transactions for free or for some tips. Can anyone tell me how they are doing this and is there anyway anyone can do this process himself/ Herself without being depended on anyone.

You can accelerate your own transactions if you want Smiley All you need to do is ensure that the fee you enter is around the current price that most people are paying to get their transaction confirmed which is defined here: https://blockchain.info/charts/cost-per-transaction

The only other way to accelerate your transaction is to mine and find blocks yourself and prioritise your transaction in the next block - this is what some of those services do.

I'm not sure if the price to confirm through acceleration is higher than paying the current transaction confirmation fee but you can look at both options and go for the cheaper one.

You can try the ViaBTC accelerator. I'm not 100% sure that it works, but I usually use it if I send a transaction with low fee and I usually get confirmation in 1-2 hours time after the acceleration. I'm not 100% sure that it is because of the accelerator service, but it won't harm if you give it a try.
I'm not advertising them, it's just my usual way of working.

Yes of course, but why would you want to acelerate your transactions? you can just set a normal fee before sending the payment, ussually those accelerator services are expensive, there isn't any of them who will do it for you for free, most of them ask for $5 before accelerating the transactions.
You can just set a fee of $2,5 and the transaction will get confirmed in less than an hour.. i dont understand this kind of people who want all for free.
