can anyone recommend me an good and ''cheap'' or free webserver for hosting a domain and a forum?

namecheap.com
bluehost.com


are others that I hear are good.

Digital Ocean, set up an droplet with ubuntu and then install all your dependencies Smiley they are very cheap
