Still intending to stay on the algo YescryptR16 for now (as in next 1 year minimum) or any chance to move to YESPOWER algo?
It will be good if the algorithm still been a ASIC-resistant.
I don't know that ASIC can mine the coins which use YescryptR16 or not?

ASIC can't mine but gpu can

Yes. The plans have a change of algorithm. But for now, let's not rush into this. How everyone will be ready - let's change the algorithm.

Maybe it will be better to stay with yescryptR16. If we switch to real CPU only algo some people can easily get 51% of hasrate (ex. workers in datacenters).

The GPU mining yescryptr16 is faster only when we compare it to relatively slow CPUs... If someone has new i7 or i9 or ryzen i dont think it will be slower than powerful gpu.

It will be fair if we admit that Yenten is a GPU mineable coin that can be sucessfully mined on CPUs too. That will be closest to truth.

I think it's better to give a tutorial how to mine with GPU.

Its simple ... if you get better hashrate on your cpu .. mine it with cpu ...

If you have better hashrate on your gpu ... mine it with gpu.

The important thing here is that people who has only weak cpus are not out of the game (like in x16r or equihash 144.5).

Yenten can be mined by everyone except ASIC owners ( and no .. it isnt ASIC resistant algo. There are just no ASIC for yescryptr16 yet but it doesnt mean it never be one ).

Finally #Yenten has been listed on CREX24 again, and we've got CREX24's official support in future.
We agreed on the swap with the ratio 60:1 for the balance based on the attacked 2.0.1 chain, as a realistic solution.
Many thanks to @Crex_24 and all patient Yenten supporters!

A small gift for those who mine Yenten on the CPU from the founders of Cranepay)
Miner which contains two algorithms YesCrypt and YesPower and automatically switches from one algo to another, which will be useful for hardfork on YesPower.

Download miner can be on the link https://cranepay.io/news/gift-for-yenten/
