Bitconnect expo held - mostly asians were the top contributors?

After watching this being a pretty big event for their contributors.
I noticed almost all the top people who were voted to get prizes were asians.
Even the ones from different countries.

I know this was held in Thailand but still.
Is bitconnect more attractive to asian people to use than other minorites?

I don't know why they are so many Asians, but since the event is held in Asia you sort of assume that most of the honours are going to go to Asians. Also if you haven't realised yet, bitconnect is a ponzi scheme.

Traditionally, Thailand, Indonesia, China etc. has all been very keen ponzi investors in the Mavrodi scene. Bitconnect being a similar thing, it's really no surprise.

Most people from Asia looking to earn money from internet compared to other continents. Currency value if Asian countries is low so even small income from internet will help.

I actually agree with this. Mostly, people from other continents are not too much concerned with online earnings as they maybe get their desired income from their day jobs and they don't find the need of going online and earning more money, while people from Asia are always eager to earn money online as if they even earn a small portion from internet, it will level up their earnings and it helps them to stay financially stable in their lives. Maybe that is the reason why mostly contributors were Asians in that event.

I live in Asia, I may skip this coin. some of my friends have discussed this coin (Regal). I'm not even interested, it takes time to learn it. If any information about Regal coin please share here.
