You can't cash out with the faucet funds even if you try to withdraw .002 and you have .00204 in your balance (to keep the free funds from the faucet in your account).

I have screenshots of what it says but I haven't edited my info out yet to post them. Don't waste your time.

Sorry for the delay. On Weekends our support is very limited.

The error you were receiving was because you had a free credit that you received back on 2013-2014 when we were giving it  to players that were requesting it through bitcointalk.

Did you ever deposit to play? if you didn't deposit not even once then maybe they're considering you as a faucet abuser and not allowing you to withdraw. faucet is there just to test the site. Tongue

Probably because you need 0.01BTC to withdraw if you play only from faucet  Wink

I have deposited way back like 4 years ago.  I appreciate the info.  I'm not trying to be snarky or anything but could you point me towards a link that says the minimum is .01 to withdraw the faucet winnings?   I have no problem following the rules if I can actually find them.  Thanks!

I am not surprised that more sites are increasing withdrawal limits for faucet wins.
However, I am not  familiar with this site withdrawal limits at all so I checked details of free lottery reward withdrawal on that site and apparently:
"Your winnings will be sent to your address when your accumulated winnings are greater than 0.0001 BTC".
If there are some other conditions which users need to met before withdrawal they are either hidden or mentioned elsewhere.

Many casinos in the last few months had to take drastic actions against faucets abusers.

In some countries, starting with a free faucet of like 500 Sats and bringing it up to 10000-20000 Sats is pretty much a work-day. Hence this became very popular method of generating income in developing nations.

These type of people were called faucet abusers and action had to be taken.

So most casinos generally don't let you withdraw if you never made a deposit and all your winnings were from the faucet. Its varies site by site but the general idea is the same.

Ok, I checked it and I can't find it anywhere.
I told you this because I played a lot there when they were giving above 4K satoshi every 5 minutes(or more can't remember) and I remember back than minimum withdrawal (if you used faucet only)was 0.01btc.
