Seeking BlockChain experts, people with strong marketing skills, and much more

I'm looking to form a new team for a coin that is in the works. I have already put a great deal of thought into this and the biggest thing I bring to the table is forming beneficial relationships for publishers as well as explaining to them why they should choose this over the system they are now using.

I have in the past run a couple of businesses that were extremely successful in bringing new publishers or direct customers to the table. The main benefit of me being involved, as well as the continuation of this project is I am able to give solid reasons for the publishers to continue with such a project. Finding vendors to work with is the last of my concerns .

When I truly believe in such solutions my enthusiasm as well as the ability to think outside of the box is absolutely invaluable. I will be working with the team of course but focusing explicitly on this part of the project. Explaining how this is a utility token the market truly needs. It is enevatable such a token will exist. The main focal point is building a team that believes in the project as well.

I am not looking for a team members that are doing this solely to make money. I am looking for a team that truly understands the unbelievable potential in the program. Please do not apply for any positions unless you feel as such. That being said if you are concerned with my ability or my credentials to run such a program I ask you to contact me BEFORE asking to be involved in the project. I would rather have a team that is not perfect with their abilities but fully has appreciation for the work they are doing and are doing this because they see the massive potential and need for such a token. This is an absolute must in order to be involved with the project. An ABSOLUTE MUST.

The concept behind the coin is simple.

Nowadays online shoppers are looking for the best deals online as well as incentives to download applications and sign up for trials to website. There are many such websites available now. Customers are also looking to find new products to test based on special offers they would not normally think about. Broadening their activities they might be interested in but never thought about. Things from Mountain Climbing deals, helicopter trips, all the way to visiting new family destinations for their family trips for thins as small as visiting new restaurants. Shopping on websites that offer them exceptional discounts for them to try so they can expand their the companies customers. The ability to expand and grow in a sector like this as astounding. Billion dollar companies have been formed on this concept. Websites like Groupon through local advertising on Google. If you google for coupon codes the number of results you will be faced with are limitless. I also search Google for coupons on about every single website I am considering making a purchase on.

This truly has a massive market with unlimited potential and as broad of a target audience as possible. Add in the fact that people don't fully understand the concept of Crypto yet are interested in the concept and want to be invoolved but need a simple and easy to understand how. There are also many companies that incentivize trial website offers, downloading apps, being paid to sign up for magazine memberships and the list goes on.

The biggest downside, as well as the reason most end users don't get involved with these websites is due to the fact they have to reach a minimum payment amount of earnings before being paid is a huge reason blocking thee potential of using such websites. They know they have to download 50 apps just to earn their $5 - $10.

They are also only paid an amount as little as 50% of what the website are paid that put together some offers. The reason this would work is also due to the fact they would be paid nearly instantly. Anywhere from "instantly" to a matter of a day or two once the company approved the payment with their biggest issue beig to avoid fraud. There are many roadblocks to achieving such a system. Fraud would be the strongest roadblock to such agreements between vendors and publishers. The biggest way around this is reducing the payout to a publisher to count in for a possible increase of fraud on their offers. There are also a lot of other roadblock to this project. Putting together the right team is essential.

That being said. I would like to find some people who will be able to help grow the platform. The following positions are being sought at this time.

* A President with heavy relationships in affiliate marketing. Preferably one that has a heavy background in advertising campaigns with everything from Google Campaigns to working with publishers. If you have a background in this sector it will carry a lot of weight.

* A Marketing expert that has the ability potential to look at the overall place of this token and work with me on how to market this coin. Mainly again to publishers and understanding the vendors concerns.

* A BlockChain EXPERT that could configure the proper way to reward people with a decision needing to be made whether to go POS, Mining the transactions, as well as forming the "single most important" aspect being a very strong focus of decentralization and the things that would need to be accomplished in order for chain users, advertisers, and publishers concerns with the before mentioned topics. The ability to have POS owners voting on decisions of adding advertisers would be exceptional, I do know however this would be a big roadblock - and one they could be addressed after the project is off the ground - instead of immediately.

* A President of Operations with a strong business background. College degrees are not a must, experience is an absolute must. Somebody that is an expert in the type of field we will be entering. Someone that is a leader yet is strong in their ability to compromise with other team markets ond focus on issues in the grey area. The most important aspect of such a position would be a strong ability to be open minded.

* Treasurer with strong backgrounds in finance. Again a degree is a strong point however the most important aspect would be their job history as well as outside of the box experience. Strong references in the field is essential. I am not looking for someone who is a tax lawyer here guys. Although such a background would be considered. IRS Experts as well as a strong background in affiliate programs in the past would be the best way for consideration.

* A Secondary programmer that doesn't essentially have a lot of experience with blockchain but will understand the aspect of a need for decentralization and has completed strong programming obstacles and has completed them. Preferably not a team member but a leader in their past field experience.

* An advisory team member that works along with me on keeping the overall progress of the project in tact. Someone with leadership qualities that will not only work with the team settling disputes on how to process but most importantly has opposite views of myself for a rounded company. Not a "Yes Sir" person. Again background is essential. People with only college degrees would be considered however real world experience is absolutely more valuable.

* A "VERY TEMPORARY" board. The number of members will be decided on within a short period. These positions will most likely be VERY Short termed during the formation of the project, however possible consideration for long term memberships.

* LAst but not least, someone who has a name in the BlockChain field launching other coins and having name recognition. Again this would be a position with the length of such membership decided upon by the long term team.

- The length of team membership will ultimately be decided at a later term. With the membership of a Strong Advisor being the only place that is guaranteed to be a long term member. The only condition being a strong opposition to the teams concepts of where the project should be heading. This will form a long term ability for the project to be open minded as it progresses.

I am very well when this project takes off there will be competition. There will most likely even be projects launched before ours due to people seeing this post and deciding to starting their ow project. This is fine. It will happen eventually. I strongly believe my ability to form the right team will lead to us excelling in the field. There is no business in the world that does not have competition.

I am also very aware that I am most likely not the first person to think of such a project. It is possible one is in the works. That being said this is something I have been thinking of for months and I did NOT see someone else come up with the concept of a similar project. Had I, and I believed in it I most likely would have simply tried to get involved in their project.

I think this is a project that is needed. This market needs competition. There are too many websites that are making way to strong of profits by taking advantage of their customers. Not all of them but a great deal are. I believe we can strongly close this gap.
